I realize most girls are not pretty, I never been with a girl so to me
I only see girls with makeup when I go out. But I try now to visualize them without make and I realize physical beauty is rare.

I don't believe that. I don't think there's been many girls that I can think of that don't have something beautiful about them. Personally I am not a fan of makeup on women. I understand why they'd want to use it and there are women out there who can use it so effectively that it accents the right features and suddenly you're looking at a knockout version of a woman that is already beautiful.
All that aside, though, I'm a boring man for how I find a woman attractive. Sometimes a woman in glasses, her hair up in a ponytail or a bun, bumming around in her comfy clothes can be more beautiful than a model wearing expensive fashion. A lot of that also comes from the inner beauty a woman can radiate. If a woman is kind, loving, warm, sweet, funny, smart, and geeky, my knees are already weak.

You have good taste. As a 42 year old I know looks won't always last and things change. Makeup and looks aren't going to go the distance forever. But if you find a woman who has genuine goodness inside of her as well as capturing your eye with something attractive that draws you to her (her eyes, smile, dimples, maybe she bites her lip when she looks at you, etc.) it makes it all bring you back to that moment you first saw her and you remember why you had to ask for her number before you left her. @xSiFiGamer2016x

Models are meant to represent a beauty and sexuality that is always a fantasy to me. It took me a long time to sift through that in my mind. Not every model or actress or person in the public spotlight works for everyone's tastes. It's the whole "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" deal. @cupidnpsyche

I think it depends on how you define beauty because I personally can't agree with your logic. It's your logic and so I'm not saying you're wrong in how you view things. But I see beauty a lot more than not I guess. Especially once I get to know someone, it can open my eyes very widely to how much beauty there can be. @cupidnpsyche
