so I'm not a medical person and my advice probably isn't of any more value than anyone elses, and there's a decent chance you already know and/or someone else has or will say the same....
buuuuut. esp depending on how long a time scale that covers (e.g. you you lost it over the course of a few weeks) it might be a really good plan to schedule an appointment with your regular doctor. sudden, unexpected fluctuations in weight can be a sign of some very not great things. I'm not sure what those things are, and it's unlikely to be a good idea to google them, but that's advice I've heard more than a couple times and feel like it's good to know/adhere to.
