I'm in this cognitive behavioral therapy class & our homework is to ask somebody a question
Everybody is thinking really deep about it & coming up with good questions but I couldn't think of anything deep so I decided to ask my lady if she wants to get pizza tonight 🙃
Step 1: decide what you wanna know. I wanna know if my lady wants pizza as much as I do
Step 2: decide who you should ask. I think I should ask my lady because she'd probably know better than anybody else.
Step 3: think about different ways to ask. I could ask passive aggressively.. that wouldn't be nice though & would likely backfire. I could ask straightforward. That always works out fine but it could go either way 🙂 or I could talk about pizza to get her craving it a little, then simply ask if she wants pizza as much as me right now 😅 that'd likely have the highest chance of success.
Step 4: choose the time & place to ask. At home before dinnertime seems like a good idea 👍
Step 5: ask. I asked & she indeed wanted pizza. I got us each a pizza since we like different types. Now my homework is done & we have pizza 🙃
