I Am Me
Never store away your hurt or allow the pain that someone inflicts upon you to fester inside. You have to let it go, cast it off and free yourself from all that's oppressive in your life. I'm not saying that you can forget or that there won't be any internal scars. It's knowing intuitively that you cannot beat yourself up for merely being human and allowing yourself to believe in someone else's words.
