I Have Good Days and Bad Days

Not having a good day today.

I was going to exercise. I got my kids settled this morning, but then I had to uninstall this software because it was blocking internet access and making my son freak the hell out. Which took time and I tried to get my husband to help so that I can fix it faster.

he wasn't thrilled.

then my new yoga pants are too long and slightly too tight. Grrrrrrr.

And then one of my daughters freaked the hell out because she wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

and then I freaked out. and now I'm eating.

I don't feel like exercising. I am feeling all the stresses at once. the financial strain that my husband doesn't understand.

I'm trying to lose weight but I'm not in the right frame of mind to exercise. I'm somewhere between depressed and self-pity and just hating myself this morning.

that is a hard thing to deal with...especially when it feels like everything piles on at once. I'm sure that is why you are on here at times as well. I find coming on here a little therapeutic.

@djjohnson yes, I can be myself on here. accept all my different versions of myself, etc. I think I may take a nap. Sleep my troubles away lols.

lol. Know that feeling too, if I can shut my mind off.
It is nice to be able to be yourself, and if you are into talking to other people learning about new ideas.

well not ideas. I jsut can't be myself at home. As a woman, i'm more than just a mother and wife. I'm barely a wife now lol. but it allows me to not go completely crazy.

what do you mean by "barely ad wife"?
We are always more than our titles. But unless you get a chance to express it and to people who will listen you can feel less than yourself. That what brought me here as well.
