You took care of yourself (all the medical things), made someone else feel good (congratulated your GP), and participated in your community in a meaningful way. I'd definitely say that you were productive.

What a productive day you had! I've got my flu vaccine (makes me sound old, oh hang on, I AM old) in two weeks and I'm picking up my new reading glasses on Thursday 😊

I know I'd feel at least a little proud of myself, even without having had to soldier on through rainstorms. ☺
