All day it’s been minus four Celsius!

With a windchill of seven degrees, it has felt very cold 🥶 outside today and we are going about in winter clothes, lots of woollens and anoraks. It won’t be warming up much all week!

We are quite relaxed in our clothing at the ministry and you are expected to have care for yourself going from home to office to home again, as everywhere I imagine, we don’t have a nanny state but our managers are practical and so very pragmatic.
