Had long lie till about 10am as usual then normally stay in pyjamas till lunch time😊. Getting dressed soon and badminton practice so not as lazy as I planned but still lovely.

@SunshineGirl Wow that's some going ( I looked her up and she did that from an early age). I seem to run faster barefoot in the gym right enough but not doing it outdoors. 🤨. Did it one sports afternoon when I forgot some of kit and never liked it.
