@SunshineGirl Wow that's some going ( I looked her up and she did that from an early age). I seem to run faster barefoot in the gym right enough but not doing it outdoors. 🤨. Did it one sports afternoon when I forgot some of kit and never liked it.

@Mariagirl I think my daughter runs faster too with no shoes as she gets cold feet and needs to warm them up! 😅
