I'm a Good Listener

An elderly neighbour told me about when she met her husband, the story of when he was called up during the war and the story of when naughty teens ran through her garden. Most of the objects in her house are older than me. She is a lovely old lady with grandchildren and great grandchildren, but in her mind and heart her husband is still around watching over her.

@asmallstone: watercolor is very difficult to control and get right. that takes courage. do you like going to museums since you aren't doing any more painting?

I did try oils, I rather like them. I used to visit the museums here where I live.

@asmallstone: i do oil paintings of landscapes that are six feet wide. a whole different level of difficulty. what artists do you like? doyou have a good museum near by?
