I live on the West coast of the United States, in the state of Oregon. The pandemic has affected life here as well. The schools have been on line since last March. The universities and colleges may have some in person learning. They are trying to have sports with occasional halts because of covid-19 outbreaks. Our restaurants have opened and closed. It is now OK to dine inside in tents that are outside. The vaccines are here...but never enough. The teachers are being vaccinated with the hope of reopening schools. Today is Superbowl Sunday with far fewer fans in attendance than usual. We are able to go out in public and to stores so long as you wear a mask. We still have people dying. My state just past 2,000. Which is few compared to the US total of 440,000. Take care...

@theexciting1 it's really bad all over!
@AmelieD5 I was watching the Australian Open (tennis) last night. No masks are required or being used at all in Australia. Pretty amazing. Take care.
