If you go to his profile page and click on "block"
a list of options will pop up.

The bottom one gives you the option to prevent him from seeing you and vice versa. Then he can no longer access you in any way (unless at some point you gave him access to your email or phone,
but you can block him there too.)

It would help to avoid future types like him if you chose a different image for your avatar.
The photo you show here is of an exceptionally beautiful young woman with a suggestive position and facial expression. Men will interpret that as a come hither message. It tends to attract the worst kind of man - he only wants one thing.

Truth is trolls are not just mischief makers on social sites.
Behind the scenes they are sociopaths with criminal records for serious crimes.
They are organised and linked through the dark net.
They teach each other how to spot, test, hook and target vulnerable people.

Once you understand their tactics it becomes fairly easy to recognise and avoid them.

This site is actually not safe.
There are not enough monitors.
And (for reasons I don't understand) the flag system, with it's range of options, leaves out some of the most vital options that signal a real troll. I think this might be because they don't have a psychologist on staff.
