They sent a couple of us to an "Identi-kit" school. (Identi-Kit is an ID sketch maker that uses a series of overlays to help make identification drawings.) We were partnered up and asked to think of a well known famous person while the partner worked the kit and made the sketch. Then the rest of the class tried to ID the character from your sketch. I don't think one was ever ID'ed. We did no better than these videos. The instructor almost cried.
