Sticky keyboards

Don’t ask me why but does anyone know how to easily clean and sanitize some sticky keys on the keyboard?

It’s syrup people.

I have washed them in a dishwasher before - assuming it’s just a detached keyboard. Wash it by itself, don’t use detergent, and let it dry for several days before you use it.
