@Winenot it was a letter into an advice columnist, and I was amazed at how much she let him off the hook.
Her response was 'some women just really enjoy that second orgasm' ...mate there's no evidence that there was a first orgasm, and the problem is much more likely to be that he didn't put any effort into achieving that.
