Recently I’ve been really tense and I kind of just broke down infront of my whole family. so things I learnt are that I hate being hugged when I’m crying and that I must have some serious issue because even right now there are still tears rolling down my cheeks and idek why I’m crying they just keep falling. So if anyone could give me some advice on how to find out why I’m crying I’m all ears because I need to know
