Have you ever had such a horrid day you ended up ugly crying? If you tell anyone I actually cried I'll punch you and deny it.

I had a really horrid day at work and the stress of it all caught up with me just now. I ended up crying some. Thankfully nobody is around at the moment or I'd be highly embarrassed.

I had to shut my office door, put my head down and cry for a good 10 minutes. I hate when I cry so I was really annoyed. But it felt good to get it out and move on ready to tackle the issues
