I’ve decided to start keeping track of when I cry because I’ve felt so weepy lately

I can relate. have had the last couple weeks where my eyes looked so swollen I've gotten tired of saying " allergies"

I'm right there with ya. This week has been a very emotional week for my family. I am fed up with a lot of things from my work to my personal life.

I was just like that but my crying was a symptom of type two diabetes and its settled down now my blood sugar’s down .

isn't it better to do something to stop the crying? like resolve or improve what's upsetting you?

I get weepy for no good reason when I am low on B vitamins. Drinking coffee, tea, or soft drinks can flush those vitamins out. If I think of it I will take my vitamins and then the feeling goes away and I am OK.
