Sometimes I’m crying and losing my mind because nobody gives a real shit about us.

There’s no where to go, it’s just my son and I, no one to call that will help me feel better and I want to cut so bad. It’s my only relief. No one is gonna show up, no one is going to comfort either of us. My poor boy just sees his mommy break down over and over.

Please don’t cut. Find another comfort. Can you have a pet? They are wonderful comforters. This is not good for you, or for your son.

I can feel your pain and distress in your words. Can you make an appointment with a therapist. It’s a toss of the dice getting one who understands you, but at least it’s someone to pour your heart out too.
