Things to try:
Take a deep breath.
Feel your feet on the floor and the balance of your body.
Be aware of everything in the room.
Become focused on your tasks and the job.
Focus more on listening to others and their needs. Show genuine interest.
When stressed, take a quick break in the restroom and splash your face with cold water.
If stress is ongoing, take brisk walks at lunch time, find a friend with whom you can talk about it, and keep a journal.
