I Do Not Like People to See Me Cry

Everytime I cry I cover my face with my hands. I just get embarrassed I'm breaking down in front of someone.

I hate crying in frontnof people too. Myseld included. It actualky makes me feel weak and guilty even though i know its just a way for my body to get rid of stress, even though it is a very human emotion.
