Let someone impartial look at your resume. Maybe there is something in it that is turning prospective employers off.
Someone that hires people would be good, if you know anyone.
At my previous job they got so many resumes that the boss would first scan through them quickly and not even open the package if it looked poorly constructed, had a spelling mistake on it etc. He tossed a lot of them just from that. Next he opened the remaining and did the same thing, tossing them if they had poor grammar or spelling mistakes. It was the only way to limit what he needed to filter.
