I've been through that a couple times. What helped me was to start small adding something back .. and started with being outside in daylight to exercise. Walking 15 min to start .. new music or a pod cast I would only do on the walk as a reward / incentive. Add to the time up to a 30 min walk. Then add something else back until it was an established habit. I would also decrease time on things that were not helpful productive .. less TV, scrolling, etc. Work to increase /improve my sleep. Reconnect with friends /family that are positive influences.
