I can relate... all the surgeries I had battling cancer damaged my kidneys a bit, and now the Doc says no more milk (lots of phosphorous in it), so I'm on oat milk.
Not as tasty to drink, but it works nicely in cereal, oatmeal, baking, and for my macchiatos.
