Do you initiate conflicts or are you a negotiator?

Negotiator. Solver. Avoider. Depends on the circumstance. Definitely not an instigator. Old enough to know not to expect people to live up to my expectations. I have no right to expect someone to fit my mold of them. I’m not the molder. I just need to accept them for who they are.
