I Dont Know Who I Am Anymore

I don't know what I'm doing anymore. I feel like I'm just going through the motions. My husband and I are having problems (due to my own personal issues) and I just feel like there is a void in my life. Growing up I never saw my life this way. My husband keeps asking me what's wrong and can he do to help, but I don't even know what is wrong or what to do.

Likely its some sort of depression. It has many causes but the outcome is the same. Might just be time to involve your doctor. It happens to millions of people every year.
