Recommend that you Read or Listen to some Ekhardt Tollie talks. He speaks about the pain body. Quite interesting and helpful.

@Babyblue I get it, I really do. When you lose someone it's extremely painful. It might help if you can find something in his words to understand why we get attached in the first place.
