I Dont Know Who I Am Anymore

When the only thing you've ever loved and trusted suddenly abandons you and throws you away..nothing is real anymore. Ive fallen backwards like a landslide. I can't eat I can't sleep. All I do is cry and Im supposed to be better? I feel like im dying

I've been there before..I wished death would take me. It takes time but you do recover. You will grow and become stronger and look back and realize a lot of things about yourself in time.
