In other words, a child as per the U.N. definition. A minor that will not be able to have sexual intercourse with an adult without risking putting that guy behind bars as a sexual criminal. Is that correct?

OP is basically asking at what age did you feel like you were in the prime of your life.
Surely you've encountered someone who is celebrating their birthday and asked them how old they are now and they said "18 again" - despite being obviously over the age of 18???
