So this is the song Kurbaan Hua from the 2009 Bollywood movie Kurbaan whose main actor was Saif Ali Khan and actress was Kareena Kapoor(Saif's wife now). So I only came to fully know about this song in 2023 during my 1st semester of MBA when I was 22. I remember many of my classmates were curious about me and found me mysterious as I was a bit shy and reserved in class and also wanted me to come out of my bubble. I also had crush on this girl Anshika in our class so yeah this song matched my mood too. So what I did one day was recorded a selfie video of me singing this song and posted it in my Instagram stories and even put a slider asking how good is my singing and many of my MBA classmates engaged with the slider by sliding it fully and even my crush Anshika used to slider fully and others appreciated my singing too as I was known to be the quieter person in class. Now at 25 I heard it and already felt nostalgic about that phase when things felt alive and less uncertain and had supportive classmates for the first time after facing bullying in school and got used by peers in my engineering days and also crush like Anshika on whom I felt butterflies. All my followers and classmates were Indians especially North Indians, Odias, Central Indians and Bengalis like me even though in Bangalore so obviously they knew this song. Hear this song
