Assuming you are talking about attention that feels like it is beyond innocent banter....
I am very good at playing dumb. I just act as if it all is going over my head. If she makes a flirtatious remark, I answer in a way that "misinterprets" her intent in an innocent way.
I have encountered a few posts online by women who complain that some men don't even know when they are being flirted with. I have to wonder when I see those posts. If those men are like me, they know very well what is going on, and this is their way of rebuffing the flirter.

@DrWatson Interesting, I think it’s fairly obvious when women are flirting, so good self control for you and those men!
