Prenup question

Just curious. Prenups are usually just focused on property but could there be a claus that states,

"If, physical intimacy is avoided by one partner to the mental anguish of the other for nonmedical, geographical location, or other defendable reasons in excess of six months, the marriage may be annulled unless an alternative solution is mutually agreed upon in writing."?

This seems to be a common issue on here and perhaps this is the solution

I don't know if you can declare an annulment in a prenup, but you can protect yourself financially. There's very little that can't be put into one if both parties agreed to it. I suspect that lawyers would advise a predefinined frequency to trigger the clause. Your language is far too vague for a legal agreement.

For those that doubt that this could be included... a wealthy older man with a trophy wife had the following in a prenup. In the event of a divorce, the woman would get 70k per month. For every ten pounds she gains from the wedding day would cost her 10k a month in a reduction of her payment. I'll try to find a link to that case study.
