Would you choose to live in a Tiny House?

I mean this kind of tiny house, the ones with wheels, mobile or permanent. I see many videos about them and as years pass, they get better at making them seem cozy and lovely. Personally though, I could if I needed to but don't know if I want to....there's so much one has to consider:

Reduced space

Location

Money saved after the building/buying

Freedom to move it anywhere if mobile

Security

Comfort

Minimalistic lifestyle

Pets

Could you and would you live in one ? Pros and cons?

It’s definitely one I’d love in when I retire. It’s just enough. I spend a lot of time outdoors so don’t need a lot of space. Also, no mortgage or crazy property taxes

@Greenry Good point. It does make a lot of sense if one lived alone and the money factor is something worth considering too. Thanks.
