I wouldn't go as far as pursuing anyone for their name, but I have noticed a relation between certain names and physical attractiveness. For example: I've never seen a below average Megan or Ashley, nor an above average Ursula, purely based on looks. That's not to say every Megan or Ashley is absolutely stunning and every Ursula is outright ugly though, and personality can catapult anyone to either side of the spectrum of attractiveness. And all of this is probably based on confirmation bias anyway, so it doesn't really mean anything.

@NerdyPotato I get that, but you must not leave a Massachusetts because those two names Megan and Ashley the opposite from what you said😂 Sorry, I had to throw that in there, I am dark humor . I could be biased for a few things in shallow for a few things. I’m not shallow by face but more like body because to me I see it as you have to be physically attracted to that person and personality wise as well if they don’t go together, it’s like you’re forcing yourself to find someone just because their personality Are some people that don’t care about physical because I guess they’re not picky and some people are picky

I don't necessarily need personality and looks to match. Personality is by far the most important. But if two women have an equally great personality, but one is prettier than the other, of course I'll go with the prettier one.

@ChulaRp I couldn't agree more. All I was saying is that Ashleys and Megans are generally fairly good looking. I did not mean that I'd date everyone with those names if they showed interest in me, nor anyone good looking with a different name. Take Meghan Markle for example: not the prettiest woman alive, but very far from ugly too. Based on photos alone I might be interested, but based on her personality I'd instantly tell her no if she asked me out.
If a woman I wouldn't be attracted to at first sight, turned out to have a personality I really vibe with though, I'd absolutely give her a chance.
