Have you ever been curious about hypnosis?

Over the years I have found that many people are interested/curious about it, but dont generally investigate it. Most people are not able to ask an informed person the questions, or gather information about it. I think a lot of people are also afraid of the stigma given to it by Hollywood, carnival and stage shows. Its actually much more common that most people realize. Just throwing it out there, feel free to share your thoughts or ask questions. If anyone ants more info, let me know. Have a good day

Many people are curious

I was curious all my life so much so that I took courses and now I’m a certified hypnotherapist. However I only do it on my family when they ask. I do self hypnosis often

@Jenny1234 Ive been doing hypnosis for 30 years mostly with friends and some family. Currently i do most of it remotely in one way or another. Its very intriguing and beneficial with many people

@LamontCranston both, but there is obviously more involved over text. in person is always the best option, but video, text and even phone can be very effective when the proper ground work is laid

@being I do it my kids once in a while but that’s it. There’s a lot of work that you have to put into it in terms of interviewing the person that wants to be hypnotized and creating scripts to use during the hypnosis session. so it can be time consuming and I don’t have time for that at least not right now. If you’re interested, I would be happy to to teach you how to hypnotize yourself
