Maybe no one has told you about cleaning OCD and sorry if it came as a shock. In your case you sound afraid of the bacterias specifically. But I promise you not a single microbiologist is telling people it's HEALTHY or normal to switch sheets every single day.
In fact. Being OCD with cleaning can make you sick as you give your body no chance to be exposed to normal bacterias which builds up your immune system.

@SandWitch I suffer from depression so yes, I'm aware I'm not doing chores as often as normal households do when I'm in a low period.
