Reoccurring nightmares.

My nightmares are finally back. It’s been years, but I knew they would eventually return. It’s actually more akin to astral projection, but unwillingly and unpleasant. The shadow people are always near and watching. Last night I was in the darkness with them. I’m not sure how to interpret that.
