Why do users post photos of others and claim them to be their spouse or partner? then proceed to ask others what they think of them?

I don't know why they do that. If it is their spouse, maybe I can see they get some thrill or validation that other people think they are hot.

I think maybe they want to get into a DM convo about spouse sharing or something.
