Are some people not meant to be forgiven?

I usually forgive. But when people start talking of enacting violence on people because political ideologues on tv said they were a naughty word, and pretend they are doing good, I have no forgiveness on those that bring that violence on me. I’ve seen people like that consistently consciously lie to push the idea that so and so is bad so violence is good. A few years ago I’d have put it down to good intentioned ignorance. But not anymore, after the last couple of years, said people would have had to consciously lie.
