Owl House and Gravity Falls, although I watched them on Disney+, not Disney Channel. Not sure if that counts.

@Thunderlord03 Basically, a dorky teenage girl is getting sent away to summer camp to learn to be more "normal," but wanders into a portal to a fantasy world of witches and monsters. She ends up living with and apprenticing to a powerful witch/con artist and a demon/puppy and tries to learn magic.

That's as brief as I can get without just telling the whole story. I'm doing it a huge disservice, but it's definitely worth watching if any of that interests you!
