A holly wood blockbuster in 1950's. In it he says "Hate keeps a man Alive". How do you perceive this statement ?

@NoGamesTolerated Probably. In the case of the movie it was a statement made by a Roman slave that spent years on a ship rowing in battles for his life. He hated the roman Lord Master who kept him alive for his slavery. So he spoke truthfully

@usher In the most general sense that is not true. But I’m those cases that you should know of, it must be a horrible life.
