In one sense yes. E.g I am full because i ate. My thumb hurts because i hit it with a mallet. Etc

@usher I believe everything happens because of a cause. Perhaps even a reason. Can you give me an example of something happening without a cause?

@Entwistle I agree with you. I have no examples as per moment. But I suspect therre may be some. I have no rationale to my reasoning but I believe it exists.
