If You Were Suddenly Transported To Another Planet, How Would You Assess The Situation? [I Am Curious]

There isn't much to assess. I can hold my breathe for at most 2 minutes. Which lowers significantly in case of an anxiety/panic attack that would be inevitable if you were suddenly transported to a such hostile environment.
