Top right hand corner icon that looks like 3 blocks, click it search what groups you'd want to be a part of when you have found them click me too and it will add them to your profile. Not sure of its exactly the same on a pc as I am on mobile

no not the same I got log out top right and next to it a bell and a figure and a mailbox all in top right then in middle people questions stories groups and then big writing in left top corner similar worlds
