I'm Curious

this might sound weird and you probably think I'm insane but I'm curious can anyone relate to this.... Sometimes I feel like I'm living in a conceptual world of my own illusions and I can't seem to get out.. I feel like everything I know I don't really know for sure.. Truth is I have no freaking idea who or what I am or what the world is.. I don't quite believe in any particular worldview or philosophy but I have a gut feeling that it's far more mysterious than I can grasp with my imagination. is anyone else a bit weirded out by the fact that we're these creatures living on this planet and nobody actually know what's going on. Yet we all seem to be so distracted with our personal lives and TV and shopping and other distractions. Am I the only one who's just stricken by how odd this all is?
