So beautiful, it doesnt seem possible it could be so ravaged by war. ☹

@daydeeo 🇺🇦 why?
daydeeo · 61-69, M
@Yulianna Its so beautiful and looks so peaceful. The destruction and degradation is just unimaginably tragic.
Yulianna · 26-30, F
@daydeeo not many russian drones or missiles fall in this area... there is no one to kill...
daydeeo · 61-69, M
@Yulianna Yes, I understand that, but still...
Yulianna · 26-30, F
@daydeeo still what?

the Carpathians are beautiful... i used to ski there every winter before the war... now, i fight to free my country... so that someday i will return there and ski again, if i have all my limbs...
daydeeo · 61-69, M
@Yulianna I mean i understand that that particular section of countryside may not be destroyed, obviously there are no major targets there. But that much of the REST of the country is undergoing utter devastation, that is what is difficult to accept. The contrast between the beauty and serenity of your countryside and the constant bombardment of your cities, THAT is what is difficult to reconcile.

@daydeeo 🇺🇦 i suppose, from the inside, it is all one thing, there is nothing to reconcile...
