You can't reverse it. Childhood abuse is part of one's past and you can't make it disappear or reverse time. Therapy helps though.
You either suffered through it and survived or maybe you might be the one who abused another. Idk. But what you can do is grow to be a stronger person...a fighter. Someone who doesn't take shit or deal out shit. You can be protective, kind, empathetic and supportive of those who need it including maybe yourself.
