How the fuck do you get tired from simply working a job?

Everyone I know with kids works 50-70hour weeks on top of being parents.

At first you’re tired but after that you adapt. You only need 4 hours sleep max a night.

Did I tilt you a little? 🥴

I don’t have kids. I did night shift for 15 years, I had no idea how tired I was in all those 15 years until I gave it up. Now if I have anything less than 7 hours of sleep I can’t cope.
