I Feel Bad, Or Ashamed, For Being Myself Sometimes

I am ashamed of my mental difficulties.
I have Multiple Sclerosis and take "anti-depressants." I struggle with brain fog that just embarrassing and makes me so sad I want to cry. I can't help making mistakes and I'm that kind of person bothered so bad, especially if I upset someone else.

Dont be ashamed, MS is a hell of a burden to shoulder. As I understand it, a certain amount of brain fog is inevitable as part of it, or the medication side-effect.
