Great advice and hopefully, you've forgiven yourself. I still have sh!t from the past I can never get over. But like you said. It's about choices.

@Sapio I'm sure I've forgiven myself and I understand my actions now, I really didn't for a long time.

But every decision you make brings you to another, so it took me my life to realise, I should not have done certain things or settled for less, etc, so on..

I have learnt that I need to be kinder to myself
